Pictured is the 3/4” solid Lauzon hardwood flooring that they installed in our kitchen, laundry room, den, and powder room. Their installers, Anthony and John, did a superior job! We love the floors! They installed Karastan carpet in our family room. Also beautiful job. Next they’ll install Karastan in our bedrooms.Two years ago they installed LVP in our basement and also did a quality install. Highly suggest LVP in a Michigan basement. That’s what they recommended and we’re so glad we took the advice. Easy to clean, stands up to extra humidity and looks amazing.Let me also share that they have some of the nicest sales staff EVER! Megan, Annie, Theresa and others were always very helpful. It took us a LONG time to decide but they never lost patience or got pushy as some sales people might do. The owners, Theresa, Frank and Shawn are truly honest, kind and helpful people who have integrity. When our family experienced some medical issues they were so understanding and caring. I only buy my carpet from Ultra Floors. Their friendly and knowledgeable sales people are easy to work with. Today I had new carpet put in my master bedroom and walk-in closet. They arrived on time, installation was perfect, and love my new look. They have replaced the carpet in other rooms of my house over the years and I would highly recommend them.
