Highly recommend Ultra Floors! This is our second time using them. We were welcomed immediately when we entered the store. We unexpectedly had to replace our basement floor due to a major plumbing issue. It was an overwhelming situation but the entire staff in the store was super helpful. They looked up our previous flooring (which was also for the basement) and guided us to the products available. The selection of glue down LVP was large. Once our selection was made Frank arrived promptly to give us an estimate. Melanie was super helpful with ordering and setting up financing. When our flooring came in our installation was scheduled and the installers were right on time. The installers Dennis and Renard were meticulous with the installation. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommend Ultra Floors!

Ultra Floors RECOMMENDED Adura Luxury Vinyl Planking for our new build. The floors claim to be kid/pet friendly, easy to clean/maintain, and scratch resistant. They are none of the above. The “warranty” is an absolute joke. Mannington has terrible customer service. This place sells and recommends their product and did not stand by my side as the customer and now we’re stuck with the most pathetic floors I have literally ever walked on. I would not recommend buying your floors here if you’re building with Stone Hollow.

Ultra floors completely remodeled our upper level. Our home is smaller and had a lot of dead unutilized space. It was transformed into a beautiful and functional living space. The staff at Ultra Floors were dedicated to helping me from the start to finish. Their knowledge and network of companies was unmatched by anyone in the industry. Sometimes we can't believe we are in our own home because the results were better than anything we imagined.

Every step from the initial phone conversation to completion of job was smooth and pleasant. Especially, the installation crew did a fantastic job (thanks Mike & Jesse) with carpet replacement. Mike and Jesse were both customer obsessed, fixing all the creaky spots throughout the stairway and the second floor. Thank you!
